A Triple Board-Certified Surgeon, Dr. Hah holds certifications from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, highlighting his extensive knowledge and commitment to excellence.

Recently, Dr. Hah earned the prestigious honor of being elected President of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS), a board that has been certifying safe cosmetic surgeons for over four decades. For the past 10 years, he has served as an Oral Examiner, playing a crucial role in testing and certifying other surgeons. As a commercial pilot for over 20 years, Dr. Hah has seen firsthand how rigorous safety standards can transform industries, and he applies the same proactive approach to his surgical practice, making patient safety his top priority.

Dr. Hah’s expertise has earned him invitations to serve as a live surgical instructor in breast augmentation and lift procedures, thanks to his mentor, Dr. Tony Mangubat. From 2011 to 2019, Dr. Hah was a frequent lecturer and instructor at St. Louis University Medical School and the Nayak Plastic Surgery Center, where he most recently co-directed an advanced anatomical facelift workshop alongside Dr. L. Mike Nayak, one of the nation’s top facial plastic surgeons.

Before embarking on his surgical career, Dr. Hah earned degrees in economics and computer science from Austin College, followed by a graduate degree in finance from the University of Dallas. It was at the University of Texas Medical School in San Antonio where he met his wife, Dr. Marian Chen-Hah. During his time there, Dr. Hah was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, graduating with high honors and ranking #1 in his class for clinical training. He earned straight honors across multiple disciplines, from pediatrics to surgical specialties. His early work as interim research database director at the Humana International Craniofacial Institute further deepened his interest in surgical precision, focusing on the correction of craniofacial birth defects under the mentorship of world-renowned surgeon Dr. Kenneth Salyer.

Dr. Hah completed his residency in head and neck surgery and facial plastic surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, followed by a dedicated preceptorship in facial cosmetic surgery under Dr. James English in Little Rock, Arkansas. Over the years, he has established a national reputation for meticulous work and a strong commitment to patient safety. He frequently serves on expert panels, offering his insight into liposuction, tummy tucks, breast augmentations, and facelift procedures.

To further refine his craft, Dr. Hah completed a two-year fellowship in Minimally Invasive Cosmetic Breast Augmentation, training with some of the most respected surgeons in the nation, including Dr. Peter Cheski in Beverly Hills and Dr. Gerry Edds in Kentucky. One of his most memorable mentors, Dr. Ted Eisenberg of Philadelphia, holds the Guinness World Record for the most breast augmentations performed, and greatly influenced Dr. Hah’s approach to achieving artistic, natural results.

Today, Dr. Hah exclusively dedicates his practice to cosmetic surgery, approaching each case with an artistic eye and a deep understanding of human proportions. His goal is to enhance natural beauty through advanced surgical techniques, combining precision with creativity to help clients look and feel their best.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Hah has volunteered his surgical skills on medical missions abroad, providing free reconstructive surgery for children suffering from burns, cleft lips, and other facial and body disfigurements. His work has taken him to countries like the Dominican Republic, Paraguay, and Ecuador, where he has helped countless children in need.

When he’s not in the operating room, Dr. Hah enjoys spending time with his grown daughters, reading, catching up on Netflix, and engaging in flight safety training. He’s also an avid car and airplane enthusiast, often restoring 1980s-era vehicles and aircraft with his mechanic friends.
