Here, he played a crucial role in one of the world’s most extensive and successful face transplants. Additionally, he served as a clinical instructor of surgery at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, imparting knowledge of plastic surgery techniques to surgical residents and medical students.
After relocating to San Antonio, Dr. Farber dedicated over two years as an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the plastic surgery residency program at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Long School of Medicine. In this role, he taught the full spectrum of modern plastic surgery techniques to residents and medical students.

Dr. Farber is an absolute artist. What he was able to achieve was pure beauty. I was a complicated case after having gone through two previous augmentations and then suffering an injury that had gone untreated for about 8 years. I was also unhappy with the shape and placement of my breasts. When I tell you that my breasts look like a work of art, he did such a beautiful job!
