Born in Douglas, Arizona, and raised in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico, Dr. Rivera’s diverse background has shaped his approach to medicine. His academic excellence led him to earn his doctorate with honors from the prestigious Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez, where he also completed his medical internship and social service requirements in Mexico.
Determined to broaden his impact, Dr. Rivera pursued further qualifications in the United States, passing his board exams to enter the U.S. medical system. He began his advanced training with a year in Family Medicine in Las Cruces, New Mexico, before diving into Obstetrics and Gynecology. As Chief Resident at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa, he honed his surgical skills and leadership. His ambition didn’t stop there—he completed a fellowship in General Cosmetic Surgery with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery at the Arizona Centre of Plastic Surgery in Tucson.
Dr. Rivera’s expertise is backed by extensive research, with numerous publications in national medical journals. His passion lies in helping women achieve their individual healthcare goals, combining his skill as a surgeon with a deep commitment to personalized care.

Dr. Pablo and his team are exceptional! They made my surgery experience better than I ever imagined it would or could be. They make you feel welcome from the first time you set foot in their office and Dr. Ravi always has the patients best interest at heart. Dr. Pablo’s pain management protocol completely surprised me. After have a breast lift, thoracoplasty, and a circumferential body lift I had little to NO pain. My second day after surgery was the only day I felt the need to take my pain medication. I have been going to Dr Pablo for 3 months now with success beyond my expectations. Dr Pablo and her staff are so professional and friendly. The doctor is very thorough with each patient in collecting all necessary information and takes great care and interest in each patient, I can’t speak highly enough about her and her staff. I’m 66 years old and struggled to lose weight after I turned 60. I always wore a size 10 or 12 and just started gaining weight due to lack of exercise and working from home, just not very active and gained about 35 pounds and miserable. I was on the lowest dosage the entire time, with no side effects at all. I just didn’t think about food or sweets. Did my breast augmentation from a different surgeon and had issues on one of my breast. Went back to the same dr. to fix it but the issue came back.
