Dr. Frederic Barr is perhaps one of the most talented, accomplished, and genteel surgeons I have ever met. I’ve had a number of surgeries over many years by surgeons considered to be at the pinnacle in their fields, and they were excellent, but Dr. Barr has created a facial surgical technique that is almost miraculous.
